Pimple thing at the opening of my ear canal. it had gotten infected/swollen and i went to urgent care and they gave me drops and it felt better/went down in sweeping but the tiny little bump is still there. no other symptoms. can it be ear cancer?

Cancer of the ear canal is very rare and rare diagnoses are rarely correct. Give it time to heal. Warm fomentation may help with the resolution of the lesion.
