Diagnosed with covid on 18th december, on 2nd course of anti-biotics, had tb in 2018 and am asthmatic..chest feels worse than ever and i am supposed to return to work on monday but an not sure what to do as i still have a tight chest, bad cough,feve?

Isolate...: You need to isolate for at least 10 days from your first symptom and the last day of isolation needs to be fever-free and improving symptoms. Since you still have a fever and cough, you are not done with your isolation period and you need to stay out of work. If you have worsening shortness of breath, you should go to an ER. Call your doctor if you are not feeling better and/or need a work note.
