I have asthma and my chest has been feeling a bit more tight than usual for the past couple days. do not have any covid symptoms and overall very careful. at what point should i go for a test? quite paranoid though!

Symptoms: Since these symptoms go beyond what you normally experience with Asthma, at this point would recommend assessment to help determine what is going in and if COVID 19 testing is indicated. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6 F (37.5 C), Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste
