Test and isolate: The symptoms may include chest tightness. If you have shortness of breath, history of cardiac disease and chest pain/pressure, please see the Emergency room. The test results are usually quite accurate, but sometimes additional testing is recommended. Remain in self isolation, drink fluids, rest and take Tylenol for fever control .

COVID 19 concerns: Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
