My 23 yrs old is recovering from covid . her wbc count was 2.3 and platelets 2. just 2 wks prior she had perfect blood work and i am worried if its something that could be like blood disorders ? i am so worried sick ?

Platelets: The platelet count may have been 200,000, which is normal. During and after a viral illness, a slight decrease in WBCs may occur. Rest,eat a healthy diet and have a follow up test.
