Covid vaccination is almost never harmful. Whether it was necessary or not is impossible to judge without knowing more about your low WBC count -- how low it is, which kind(s) of WBC are low, or the cause. All these are important in judging this issue. Keep working with your doctor. But don't worry about the immunization.
