I had both pfizer shots back in march 2021 with very bad side effects after second shot (103 fever, low wbc, low platelets). 3 months ago i had a breakthrough covid infection. given my immunity and bad side effects, when should i get the booster?

If I was you, I will skip the booster shot for now and ask my doctor for a complete antibody panel in three months which is 6 months from your breakthrough infection.
