Had a dip in wbc to 3.6 first time ever. has been 4.5 for years. rbc 4.51 hemo 14.2. hemat 42.1. mcv 93.3. platelets 277 have been for years. why the low wbc all of a sudden? no symptoms. found routine bloodwork. did have covid under 50days ago?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your WBC count is not a cause for concern, if you do not have any symptoms. Wish you good health!
