A member asked:

24 year old woman, amh (test of ovarian reserve) is 30.1pmol/l is that a good or bad result?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

AMH level ?'s: Normal levels of anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) are usually reported as "1.0-4.0 nanograms/ml". At age 24, your levels should be within that range to ensure adequate eggs are present for fertilization. Check with your physician, to be certain a level of "30.1 pmol/liter" is considered normal for the lab used.
