Good day dr, i'm a 36year old female, i have a consistent pain on my left flank for about 2months now, my periods are normal,we've been trying for a baby for a year now without any success, i have a 11 year old boy, could this be an ovarian cyst??

Infertility ?'s : Left flank pain should be evaluated by your gyn physician. Infertility after successful pregnancy (with the same father) is most frequently a result of blocked fallopian tubes. Ask your gyn physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) which can determine and actually "cure" obstructive tubal disease in many instances. Ovarian cysts do not cause infertility, but can cause pain.
