Looks very low: Hi. I don't know your case, but that value for AMH looks very low (undetectable). It could mean fertility is unlikely. But talk with your gynecologist, who knows your case.

Egg reserve: AMH useful for showing ovarian reserve or the quantity of the remaining egg supply in your ovaries. It does not mean the quality of your egg is low. Your AMH is low, but for some women, it is still possible to conceive with the help of modern medicine
