I'm a 33-year-old woman with unexplained severe pelvic nerve pain thats worsened by fluid intake (especially water), left side only and my elbow. i've consulted specialists, had tests, ovarian cyst surgery, and endometriosis but no explanation?

A proper answer would require a review of all of your records and tests which is well beyond the scope of this brief question and answer format. Endometriosis could be an explanation because symptoms can vary depending on location of implants, so perhaps another gynecologic opinion would be helpful.
