I had my heart checked out thoroughly under a cardiologist with stress echo, 48 hour halter monitor and blood tests etc. i woke up during night with lightheadedness and felt like i was about to pass out. pulse weaker than usual. what may cause that?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The cardiologist who examined you would be in a better position to advise than is feasible in this forum. Wish you good health!
