I have had a range of heart tests including stress echo, blood tests, echo, 48 hour monitor and chest x ray. would heart failure or artery disease show up on these tests?

No : Early stages of coronary artery disease, heart failure or arrhythmia would not be revealed by above tests. Otherwise they are typical tests used for screening for heart disease, not specific, nor extremely sensitive. A clinical evaluation by a cardiologist might help with further clarifying the next steps.
