I have had heart tests such as stress echo blood tests echocardiogram ecg and 48 hour monitor...what else could have symptoms of shortness of breath dizziness night sweats that is not heart related?

Lung disease: Lung diseases can cause these symptoms as well. Usually lung diseases are accompanied by cough but that is not always the case. Talk to your doctor about getting a chest doctor's opinion. Wish you good health!
