Pain under my chin that comes and goes. neck pain almost always there with movement. have these symptoms with breathlessness and some lightheadedness but i had normal stress echo and cardiologist says no heart issues recently what could be the cause?

Neck pain: Neck discomfort with associated breathlessness and lightheadedness ,especially if unrelated to exertion, is characteristic of tension in the muscles and stress,anxiety reactions. For peace of mind consult an otolaryngologist for evaluation and advice. If no pathology, stress management therapy should help. Discuss this with your physician.
