Can be : all of the above, what you are describing sounds like a viral disease, which can be a cold, flu or upper respiratory infection, with all the symptoms noted. Rest, fluids, pain killers and salt water gargles, if no improvement, see your doctor, good luck

Welk: Could be the flu but there is a broad differential. So go see doctor for good exam and give a very thorough history
