Does not matter: What diet name you pick is irrelevant. You need to reduce your caloric intake, reducing it by half would not be extreme. Also increase your physical activity. Monitor your weight and aim to reduce your weight by one pound/half Kg per week. If you do not meet the goal reduce your food intake even more. It would be useful to consult a nutritionist.
