I have a slightly enlarged spleen at 14.9 cm in diameter. i have nash, no portal hypertension, saw heptologist liver is fine right now.lost 118 pounds since jan this year on low carb diet. lfts normal liver normal. what would cause spleen increase?

It is possible that you had portal hypertension that resulted in splenomegaly and it has not returned to baseline yet, despite a normal portal pressure now.
