Too complex...?!: I see you smoke 2 packs a day. First, please stop smoking--the cardiac, metabolic, & GI benefits are significant & worth the effort. Second, the diet you describe is essentially all protein, which may be quite problematic. A dietician &/or diabetic educator is your best bet for a safe meal plan to avoid ketogenesis and cardio-renal complications. Here's to your good health...
