After wisdom tooth extraction i developed low grade fever and stuffy nose for 2 d and got better,my symptoms now like sinusitis,pain in my cheekbone especially when i go down & headache,my dentist saw my tooth it didnt have abscess,need antibiotic?

Antibiotic may help : Even if there is no infection ,taking Antibiotic will prevent infection during healing time. Ask your Dentist to prescribe Antibiotic and pain medication. Rinse your mouth with Luke warm salt water.
