A member asked:

Been having on you my headaches from sinus confirmed ct scan. they strike my right side of the head and right eye, and feel sick. no fever. 8+ months on and off, tylenol breaks up pattern. this migraine or chronic sinusitis? arent severe headache?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You may well have chronic sinusitis, but this could merely be a trigger for migraine headaches. A detailed history could sort this out and focus upon the more likely approach to control or prevent the headaches. A local neurologist, or a virtual consult here could expand upon the spectrum.
