What can a pregnant woman use for sinusitis and a post nasal drip? no fever, no headaches or any other symptoms. our son had a sinus infection recently and believe mother got it from him.

Sinus inf./pregnancy: Consult your OB physician, as he/she will be familiar with the specific health history of the pregnant patient. Get a PCR test for all contacts, as covid-19 can mimic sinusitis/congestion, and quarantine for all contacts for at least 10 days is recommended, whether the test is positive or not.
