Ok, short term: Yes, Tramadol can be used for short term in combination with Excinef. Longer term use together should be discussed with your physician.

My concerns: I have few concerns about your tramazac due to risk of seizures if combined with certain other drugs, but recommend avoidance of Arcoxia, which USA FDA rejected due to risks of heart attack. Nerve pain can be far better handled with meds such as gabapentin or pregabalin. Would consult a neurologist and revamp medication program.
