Not probable?: Good morning, allergy to three products, paracetamol, ibuprofen, and tramadol seems very unlikely. Often we label allergies to a product which is not true allergy. As allergist we find the majority of patients who come with history of allergy to penicillin are not allergic to penicillin. Paracetamol, ibuprofen, and tramadol do not have the same structure to have an allergy to all of them.
