Can tramadol be better than paracetamol?

Possibly: Tramadol is a weak opioid-like pain medication where as paracetamol is basically tylenol (acetaminophen) and weak pain medicine. Generally speaking tyelonol medicines are weaker in pain relieving qualities than tramadol. However that said, everyone is different in how medicines that work for them. Only you can tray and see for yourself.
