I need help tramadol and paracetamol 500mg not killing the pain?

Chronic pain: Meds like tramadol, paracetamol are abortive. If your pain is chronic, you need the prophylactic approach. The most important is the right diagnosis by your pain management doctor. There are many remedies available: pain medications like tca, AED just to name a few. Also see pain psychologist for biofeedback and cbt. If the reason is musculoskeleta, l physical therapy would be helpful.
