My sister took a overdose of 76 tramadol 35mg /325mg paracetamol her tox levels were extremely high she has liver and kidney failure could she survive with this level of damage . thank you?

Hard to speculate. You said her levels were high but what are the damage levels shown by liver enzymes. The cited exposures can kill the kidneys, which can be bypassed but the liver damage may be too much to survive. It certainly suggests a fatal outcome after a slow and messy decline. Prepare yourself and the family for bad news.

In 2018, more than 17000 cases of Tylenol toxicity occurred with combination pills. 31 death occurred. Everyone else survived. Statistics can not be applied for a person. Still there is hope, have faith and patience.my best wishes!!

There are lots of factors that can affect survival in cases like this. Usually the most worrisome organ affected in these type of overdoses is the liver. Ask her doctor daily how those numbers are doing. In extreme paracetamol overdoses a liver transplant is required to survive.
