Gynea prescribed tramahexal (75 mg tramadol and 650 mg paracetamol) for my migraines. i am 7 weeks pregnant. is it safe? im am so worried it will have negative effects on my baby, but i am in absolute pain.

Need neurologist: Disagree with your treatment approach, as it is destined to risk increased headache frequency and intensity. Am not convinced of either efficacy or safety. See a neurologist, as there are over the counter remedies which work far better.
