Easy for last 2: the last 2 drugs are essentially identical. In theory 50 mg of Tramadol is about equivalent to 30 mg of codeine. The concept of "stronger" is really not an easy one. Medications are metabolized differently by different people and what is an equivalent dose for one person may not be for another. In addition, codeine tends to have more side effects. Talk to your doctor/pharmacist.
