A member asked:

Does covid-19 leave permanent or temporary scarring of the lungs? can the lungs heal?

Disease extent.: Covid-19 does not always cause a lung inflammation. A mild case of COVID-19 may not effect the lungs. Lungs usually do not heal if the result of the infection was extensive. The best assistance would be to increase your water intake. Follow up with your PCP.
