See your surgeon: After 3 months, a metacarpal fracture should reasonably be expected to be healed. Some degree of stiffness and weakness is not atypical but your description of pain is atypical. You should see your surgeon and have an x-ray to assess healing. It may be that your fractures has not healed, you have hardware issues, abnormal scarring or even infection. Its worthwhile to investigate this further.
