Yes: Make sure you call your treating surgeon and follow up as directed. Bruising from your original injury turns yellow as your immune system cleans up the damage, like a black eye. If you can wiggle your fingers and feel all of your fingers on both sides be able to report that to your surgeon. In person is the best place to evaluate your neurovascular status and any postoperative problem.
