A member asked:

How long does it take your eustachian tubes to stop clicking and popping after an ear infection? and is there anything i can take to speed up the process?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually the clicking and popping resolves itself in a few days. You can help clear the blockage by chewing gum, yawning, swallowing, close mouth and pinch nose, while breathing out forcefully and a saline spray to nostrils to clear out nasal passages.
