6 years old daughter has pimple like thing on left upper eye lid for a while. it comes and goes. a doctor overseas once told it is just fat and not much to worry about. what is medical term for this? it is also starting on lower right eye lid now?

It sounds as though she could have what is called a stye or the medical term is hordeolum. The small glands along the edge of the eyelid can become plugged and they will form the pimple which can eventually drain on its own and disappear.
