Eruption cycle: CP sores start out as a tiny bump, increasing to a clear fluid filled blister over several hours. They appear like a dew drop on a rose petal. The fluid may cloud with the blister burst & drain followed by drying. Each sore goes through all stages in less than 24hrs. Spots come up in waves, the average kid having 200-250. Insect bites mound up often with a central point. They rarely ever blister.
