No advice here but: A young, healthy person with a pimple on her head usually heals easily. The scalp has great blood flow to help carry away damaged material and to bring nutrients and blood to the location for quick healing. Sometimes, antibiotics are needed but usually not. Antibiotics may be needed if she is a new baby or has some other immune weakness, or if the pimple is getting big or has resistant bacteria.
