Diastema: If you never had the diastema as a younger adult, it is because your teeth have shifted over time. If the teeth are in good periodontal health even with the recession, then orthodontics (possibly Invisalign) can correct the issue. Start with a consultation with your general dentist.

See all three: Best treatment for your problem would be a collaborative effort by all three.. Gum recession and space between teeth may be signs of more extensive periodontal and orthodontic problems, so do your due diligence.
