Is it a bridge: If they are connected and are replacing missing teeth, they will need to be replaced in part or completely. If the loose one can be removed and the rest sectioned, leaving the remaining ones intact, you may be able to replace the loose one, or if it is not restorable, have an implant placed. Need more info to answer best.
