FATIGUE: 1st have a physical exam by a Dr. to rule out a physical problem. If you are healthy then napping is fine but just keep in mind if you nap during the day it may be more difficult to fall asleep at your bedtime. It is best to see that you are sleeping well. If not, please see a Dr. for help with sleeping, possibly a sleep study.
