Ever since i started mu diet i've been very tired..ill have 8 hours of sleep and take a 1+ hour nap and still sleep earlier than i used to.?

I would ask myself..: ... 1) how many calories are you limiting yourself to? 2) are you "grazing " throughout the day to keep up your blood sugar levels? 3) are you eating balanced meals ensuring enough proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats? Go see your doctor for a more thorough history and evaluation which ideally should be done before starting any diet. They can identify problems and set realistic goals for you!
