Talk to your doctor: You didn't say how old you are and your state of health, but falling asleep during the day often comes with poor sleep quality or length of time at night. People who have obstructive sleep apnea, often with snoring, can fall asleep without warning, especially if the room is hot. Talk to your doctor, as this could be something important.
