See dr: You need a work up to find out if there is a physical reason for why you feel this way that can be treated or if it is something like depression which is also treatable. At any rate you should feel better and your doctor can help and get you on the right track.

Depression: Confide in friends as to what is troubling you and make plans to go out even though you don't feel like it. Also force yourself to exercise daily even though your mood is low, it will likely lift your mood and produce feel good chemicals. If your low mood continues consult a mental health professinal who can help you uncover the causes of your distress. Best wishes.
