Several ways: You could sign up for the paid HealthTap membership and then set up a live consultation with a physician through HealthTap. Otherwise going to a primary care physician would be another common way to coordinate basic lab testing.

Labs: Your primary care doc can order labs prior to your annual exam and have them discussed during your actual visit. That will be the best way to have bloodwork addressed giving your doc a chance to look at how labs are trending and being able to interpret them in the context of your current medical conditions and treatment, if any.
