No to ER: Even if your nose is broken, there is nothing they do about it in ER anyway, so I wouldn't expose myself to possible Covid to go there. Ice it for 48-72 hours, then if looks deformed, still a lot of pain, then get it evaluated. This may be a good time for a virtual visit - if at that time your primary physician feels it might be broken, they can then order an xray or facial bone CT to assess.
