I have nasal congestion and a runny nose only on the right side of my nose. i also have post nasal drip head pain when coughing(in the back of head) and some headaches. im worried about a csf leak? does this sound like one?? had covid 3 weeks ago?

CSF is unlikely. Your symptoms are likely a residue of Covid. Unilateral symptoms may be due to a deviated nasal septum. Make sure to drink enough water so that urine is mostly colorless to ensure proper hydration.
