Deviated septum or: It is likely that you have a deviated septum causing the one side of your nose to feel congested/swollen. It is also possible to have a polyp or a mucoid cyst in the nasal cavity causing your symptoms as well. Either one, it is quite easy to diagnosis and so i would recommend seeing your doc. If appropriate, you will likely be referred to an ear-nose-throat physician for further care. Good luck.
