Congestion: Nasal congestion can be from structural problems in the nasal cavities such as deviated septum or large turbinates. Inflammation from the nose from allergy, colds and sinus infection can cause or worsen congestion. Swollen turbinates can certainly cause these symptoms. It is valuable to have that confirmed by your doctor, but treatment would include using allergy nose sprays. ie.flonase
