Please don't squeeze: It is possible to cause release of sebaceous material under the skin when you try and 'pop' pimples. This causes an inflammatory reaction, possible infection and increase the risk for permanent scarring. If you are young and healthy, you should recover without medical intervention but if your nose becomes worse or does not resolve in a few days, you should be seen.
