Nasal steroid: If CT sinus showed thickening of sinus tissue, you may have a sinus infection Although sinus rinse may offer some benefit, consider a nasal steroid to help reduce the nasal swelling and improve sinus drainage . If problem fails to improve after 3-4 days, you may need a different antibiotic.
